Cancellations do unfortunately happen on rentals; our policy is simple – Cancel outside of a 14 day prior to pick-up window - $50.00 fee Cancel within 72 hours of pick-up window – 100% of rental deposit charged No-Show on rental day – 100% rental is charged

Having Insurance for your rental equipment is mandatory to protect you and the equipment for your reservation. What is available to our customers is the following – ATV Insurance - $25.00 per unit per day with a $2,500.00 deductible UTV Insurance - $25.00 per unit per day with a $4,000.00 deductible *All units will be repaired with OEM parts for safety and down time will be charged for repairs ECHO Trailers should be covered by your auto insurance and Full Coverage is required on every rental

All renters must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver’s License, Full Coverage Insurance and a major Credit Card. (Debit/Cash will only be allowed if the deductibles are covered in advance - $2,500/$4,000) All renters must follow Federal Guidelines for age requirements on all equipment Customers are responsible for the towing of equipment to and from the trails and must have a vehicle capable of doing so Delivery is available to select locations for an additional charge
